Minor Hill Task Force

The Minor Hill Task Force is a group of Williamsburg neighbors with an interest in Minor Hill and Sharp Park. The Task Force is a subcommittee of the Conservation Plan Committee. The Task Force:

  • Keeps current on developments surrounding Minor Hill
  • Holds open information meetings to alert neighbors to developments affecting Minor Hill
  • Keeps neighbors informed of developments through action alerts, announcements on the web site, signs, and telephone calls
  • Works with the County staff to implement those recommendations in the Williamsburg Neighborhood Conservation Plan relating to Minor Hill and Sharp Park
  • Writes and calls County staff, elected officials and others to express neighborhood views and concerns relating to Minor Hill and Sharp Park.

The Minor Hill Task Force is led by the Minor Hill "Fearsome Foursome" of Toronto, Gross, Taub, and McGowan – Williamsburg residents who collectively have worked on Minor Hill and Williamsburg Civic Association issues for many years.
