* The Williamsburg Civic Association is within the little piece of Arlington County that is currently part of District 32, represented by Senator Janet D. Howell. However, under recent redistricting based on the 2000 census, the Arlington precincts currently included in District 32 will be transferred to District 31, currently represented by Senator Mary Margaret Whipple. We remain technically part of Senator Howell's 32nd district until the 2003 election and she plans to represent our interests as best she can. In practical terms, Senator Whipple will also be looking out for us.
